Project Manager

Job Description:
Robinson & Company is seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in multi-family and mixed-use developments that has an interest in contributing to the growth of a small firm. Candidates must be highly motivated, have great people skills, be detail oriented yet very creative, poses good organizational skills, and be a good communicator both verbally and written. This position will require one-on-one client interaction as a representative of the Company. The candidate must also enjoy working in a collaborative team environment on projects and in an open studio. Candidates are required to have a working knowledge of construction documents, material applications, grading and drainage, and a basic knowledge of irrigation design.
Job Responsibilities:
This position offers the right Candidate the unique opportunity to have an active, lead role on multiple projects from concept to completion, including field observation. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, presentation graphics, design development drawings, construction document assembly, as well as other basic administrative duties in the office. The candidate will be held responsible for meeting project schedules and deadlines.
Applicant Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, or equivalent degree, from an accredited university. Licensure is not required.

Qualified candidates must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD 2018, or most current version. Good verbal communication skills are a requirement for this position. Additional skills desired include:
