Job Description: Clark Condon is looking for an entry-level marketing coordinator to support our marketing department’s efforts and initiatives to promote our landscape architecture firm. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated candidate with a focus on graphic communication and an interest in marketing, business development, and public relations. The marketing coordinator will report directly to the marketing manager and work closely with the leadership team.
Job Responsibilities: Graphic design for marketing and project teams
Writing and editing of marketing collateral
Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Website + social media
Creative writing
General administrative tasks
Applicant Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
0-3 years of experience
Graphic design and layout skills
Writing and editing skills
Great communication skills
Creative, well-organized, and capable of prioritizing
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
